Insect control inside units is a one time fee of $25 due at time of service. Orkin services 6 buildings monthly in rotation so that every building is serviced every other month. This includes common areas, mechanical rooms, storage rooms, corridors, and perimeters of buildings. For additional service, there will be no additional charge for common areas and units that have been serviced in the last 30 days.
